Waves and Tides

Waves and Tides

Waves and tides are natural movements megabet of the sea that shape our coastlines and influence marine life. Waves are created mainly by wind, transferring energy to the water’s surface. Some waves are gentle, while others, like tsunamis, can be destructive. Tides, on the other hand, are caused by the gravitational pull of the moon and the sun. They create regular rising and falling of sea levels, usually twice a day. Tides play an important role in coastal ecosystems, providing food for animals like crabs and birds. Both waves and tides are vital forces of the ocean.
